Rug cleaning is a delicate process
- The rug needs to be thoroughly inspected and tested for colour fastness
- We will determine the best clean for the rug
- Remove all dry soiling particles
- Immerse rug into our Spa facility, using specialised products to remove all greasy spots and soils
- Thoroughly rinse to remove all dirt and shampoo residues
- Place your rug in our drying room on its rack, this is where we will groom it, restoring the natural way of the pile. Our drying room is humidity controlled
- Once dry the rug is removed for detailing and a final inspection before wrapping it in breathable paper ready for collection or delivery

Not only do we offer rug cleaning we can also offer additional services. Like our stain guarding treatment. This treatment includes a water based protective finish which after it has been applied to your rug is designed to protect your investment against subsequent staining/ soiling.
